INVESTMENTS / OUR APPROACH
WE TAKE A LONG-TERM APPROACH, RECOGNIZING THAT A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS CHANGE IT TAKES TIME AND COMMITMENT TO BE REALIZED
Since Arator inception we have grown into a family equity investment firm specializing in small-cap and green-field investments in the Greek market.
Arator invests in sustainable businesses that have unidentified “hidden value”, strong upside growth potential, require fundamental change and willing management to implement changes to grow the company. We invest time, money and expertise into transforming their strategy, operations and finances. We take a long-term approach, recognizing that a successful business change it takes time and commitment to be realized.
We select investments in attractive sectors with growth dynamics, where our segment knowledge, relevant prior experience and industry relationships enable us to complement each company’s management team and drive superior performance.
In all our investments we work along the existing management on an “active owners” approach. We use bespoke management practices with the sole target of generating superior returns.
Our team’s long lasting experience ensures superior corporate practices (strategy, change management, operations management), efficient deal making transactions and active strategic and investor relation communications.
